Humble-area boxers Jennifer Scott and Joe Louis will both make their professional debuts this Thursday night as part of the Rumble III, a boxing extravaganza taking place this Thursday night.
Scott will fight Holly Dominique of Killen while Louis takes on Diego Morales, a boxer out of San Antonio.
“Jennifer is bringing a fresh new look to boxing, and Joe Louis is going to have to live up to his name,” said Lynn Collins, manager of both Scott and Louis. “Both fighters are very aggressive and talented, and they plan to bring boxing back to Humble.”
The Rumble III includes 10 boxing matches featuring fighters from around the Houston area. The event starts at 6 p.m. at the Bar-Rio on 6400 Richmond Ave. in Houston.
Tickets are still available for the event, ranging in price from $25 to $60 for a ringside seat. Those interested in purchasing tickets can call H.I.T. Gyms at 281-446-0864.
